About Rebecca
Rebecca is a naturally curious, authentic, and strategic leader. She strongly believes that sustainable solutions come from listening to diverse voices, especially those on the ground and in the communities that are served.
Her results-driven approach to visionary leadership is built on decades of experience in developing and executing company strategy and building and leading high-performing teams, with a dedication to fostering relationships with cross-sector stakeholders. She has honed her skills in enterprise and divisional strategy, workflow/program design, implementation, and evaluation, and community partnerships.
Her passion for access, equity, and justice has been a driving force throughout her career in nonprofits, higher education, for-profits, and serving on nonprofit Board of Directors.
Rebecca enjoys navigating complex challenges and driving positive impactful change for individuals, organizations, and in the broader community.

She earned her MPA from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and MBA from the Whitman School of Management, both at Syracuse University. She is currently a leadership coach in training, as a student in the ACT and Brown University Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification program.
